Naopak n\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee nabudit pocit sytosti a t\u00edm to p\u0159irozen\u011b nevede k p\u0159ej\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed.  Zm\u011bna, kter\u00e1 pot\u011b\u0161\u00ed Kdy\u017e se poda\u0159\u00ed zredukovat hmotnost tak, \u017ee je to nejen viditeln\u00e9, ale i zdrav\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9, tak to zajist\u00e9 ka\u017ed\u00e9ho takov\u00e9ho bojovn\u00edka pot\u011b\u0161\u00ed. Jak moc se muselo prom\u011bnit sm\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed o tom, co se konzumuje, jak a kde p\u0159idat trochu pohybu nav\u00edc a tak\u00e9 jak zm\u011bnit sv\u016fj postoj k j\u00eddlu. I po tak \u00faporn\u00e9m boji nic nekon\u010d\u00ed, jeliko\u017e je t\u0159eba st\u00e1le dodr\u017eovat ur\u010ditou kontrolu nad konzumac\u00ed a \u017eivotospr\u00e1vou.
